Camille Zess

As someone particularly adept at working in the digital media space, Camille focused on social media when she first joined BTI. She's able to sense changes in social media as they begin -- and to view its future. This ability gives our clients the help and advantage they need in social media marketing. That isn't all. Camille uses her creative magic with words combined with strategy to create and execute high quality marketing campaigns that BTI provides for our clients. Camille holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from Hiram College.

She approaches projects always looking at the big picture, be it as project manager, writer or problem solver. She oversees accounts and provides strategic direction for Casa Larga Vineyards, Medina Railroad Museum, Catskills Trout Tales, Cayuga Lake Wine Trail and the Wayne County Apple Tasting Tour. Camille also directs and executes Facebook advertising campaigns for most of Break The Ice Media’s clients including those for Genesee County Office of Tourism and the Haunted History Trail of NYS. In her spare time, Camille sits on the board of a non-profit organization, providing strategic marketing and direction.

Jessica Reilly

Jessica has been with Break the Ice Media since 2016, and can often be found knee-deep in tweets and Facebook posts. Working on social media for clients is natural for her- it’s a personal passion. At any one time, she’ll be working on 6 - 12 client social media channels. Jessica is well versed in social media and content creation, strategy, and reporting. From blogs, newsletters, and website copy to Pinterest and Instagram posts, there’s no content outlet she hasn’t touched. She loves analytics -- they help prove to ROI of social media and get more "eyes on the brand," increasing awareness in a way the client couldn't do before. She’s also a sucker for a good research project.

Jessica helps with the coordination and production of BTI’s award-winning podcast, Destination on the Left. You'll find her at FAMs, trade shows, conferences, and heading up the Social Media Committee for Visit Rochester’s Visitor Industry Council. In her spare time, Jess enjoys video creation and editing . It's a good thing she's got so much positive energy.
